Hello doctor I want to ask you for my father treatment, he is 82 years old he is suffering from kidney problems, heart problems ,diabetes, high blood pressure from past 10 - 12 years now he is under treatment and continuing tablets (1 yr) for all these problems from gh chennai. Now the problem is urea and creatinine level is getting high urea is 61 and serum creatinine 2.34. How can I reduce it. He is consuming salt per day 3gm and water 1.5 litre. 20 days back we checked creatinine 1.87 urea 60 now creatinine 2.34 and urea 61 why it's getting high and low electrolyte are in control how can I reduce both. These tablets now using for 1 yr. Metformin 500 mg (m-n, aspirin150 mg (a, clopidogrel 75 mg (a), ranitidine 150 mg (m-n), metoprolol er 25 mg (m-n), atorvastatin 10 mg (n) 2 tablet, acitrom 2 mg (6 pm) .pls give me a good solution.
